亚洲天堂 Lake hosted its second hockey tournament of the season last weekend. Pee wee teams from Houston, Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof, Smithers, Fort St. James, Hazelton and Prince George travelled to 亚洲天堂 Lake in spite of a snowfall warning to showcase their skills. 亚洲天堂 Lake hosts novice tournament

Great early season conditions at the Omineca Ski Club in 亚洲天堂 Lake

Last week鈥檚 snowfall was welcomed with open arms by the Omineca Ski Club. Volunteers have been working steadily to groom the trails. 鈥淲ith more snow in the forecast it won鈥檛 be long before the big groomer comes out of the shed,鈥 said the club last week. 鈥淐ome on out and enjoy the unbelievably good early season conditions.鈥 (Submitted photo)

Teaching youth how to ski in 亚洲天堂 Lake

Children between the ages of four and 12 will have a special program at the Omineca Ski Club this year - the skills development program, which is sponsored by Cross Country B.C. Certified coaches will be working with each age group (4-5, 6-9, and 10-12). The program will be held on Sunday afternoons from between 2-4 p.m., starting on Jan. 7, 2018. (Submitte photo)
