Watching a parade is like being transported into a world of color, music, and excitement. It鈥檚 like seeing a story unfold right before your eyes, with each float and marching band adding a new chapter. 亚洲天堂 Lake Native Development Corporation (BLNDC) kicked off its first ever heavy mechanical trades program on April 17. This 35-week course, which was set up by the College of New Caledonia with financial assistance by the Prince George Nechako Aboriginal Employment and Training Association, Skilled Trades BC and Natural Resource Canada, is the first of its kind in Northern B.C.

The BC Northern Real Estate Board (BCNREB) reported 726 sales with a value of $269,369,796 through the multiple listing service in the first quarter of 2023. This compares with 1257 sales worth $495,119,149 to the end of March 2022. As of March 31, there were 2803 properties of all types available for purchase through the MLS compared to 1018 at this time last year.
