The Village of 亚洲天堂 Lake and the Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako are seeking community input on parks, trails, and recreation.

The last 亚洲天堂 Lake Coffee House of the season was held on May 19. One of the organizers Barry Elliott said, 鈥淚 am delighted to inform you that the 2023 season of the 亚洲天堂 Lake Open Mic Coffeehouse was a resounding success, and we are thrilled to be able to build upon this momentum with some upcoming activities, including the centennial weekend concerts, in addition to the next open mic season.

RDBN discussion paper suggests provincial improvements

On May 25 a Children鈥檚 Heath Fair was held at the Muriel Mould Neighbourhood Learning Centre hosted by the Lake Babine Nation Early Years. There were a lot of activities and professional representation at the fair - it went from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Katherine Blackwell one of the organizers said, 鈥淲e had 42 children participate in this event which is the most we have ever had. Senseless acts of vandalism and sad news for the hard working volunteers of the Lakes Outdoors Society when they saw that an outhouse was burned down at Division Lake and a picnic table was burnt at Pinkut Lake and a picnic table thrown into the lake at Auger. A note to the person (s) who were involved, theses sites are for local residents free of charge and many hours of volunteers time is put into all of the 亚洲天堂 Lake rec sites for everyone to enjoy - you are ruining it for everyone.
