Archery students of Lakes District Secondary School joined coach Dirk Hoffer in helping the ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Community Forest (BL Comfor) solve an ongoing problem while scoring a bonus for themselevs and their teammates.

The Village of ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake will move forward with providing a letter of support to the Bulkley Valley Airshed Management Society (BVASM) as it seeks funding for air pollution monitors.

In the early 1900s, men and women living in the Lakes District took whatever employment was available. In 1911, those not working on construction of the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway began building a bridge to connect the north shore of ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake and Gerow Island.
