According to BC Parks, the day-use area got a major accessibility upgrade so everyone can get out, connect with nature, and enjoy the park with family and friends.

Also, accessible day use upgrades took place that include parking, compact gravel pathways, benches, picnic tables, and pit toilets.

BC Parks said these upgrades are another example of their ongoing work toward making parks meaningfully accessible to all as part of its Commitment to Inclusion.
