亚洲天堂 Lake Community Foundation makes donations

亚洲天堂 Lake Community Foundation made a donation to St. Luke鈥檚 Church in the lake of $4545 (T0p) and also another donation of $5000to Chinook Community Resources. The foundation鈥檚 grant cycle opens early in the year and closes by the end of March. Located at 125 First Avenue in 亚洲天堂 Lake, St. John鈥檚 Heritage Church was the third Anglican house of worship built in the village. The first, a cabin, was constructed by Rev. William Sweetnam of Endako, who performed the first service there January 5, 1919.

LDSS girls played hard in Langley

LDSS girls played hard in Langley

LDSS girls soccer team won their Zones Championships in Prince George May 19-20 and then headed to Langley on June 2-4, for the Single A Provincial Soccer Championships. There were 16 teams participating and the LDSS soccer team place 13. They played 10 games in total and in their last game they won by a shoot out. Well done girls!
