Ladies curl on Tuesdays and the mixed league is Wednesdays and Thursdays– everyone welcome. This is a good chance to for anyone to come down and try it out. Comfors donate in ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake

ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Community Forest and Chinook Community Forest made very generous donations to ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Junior NBA Youth Basketball (JNYB). The program, developed by Canada Basketball and the NBA has now started. The JNYB is a basketball skill and development program for kids ages 5+. They have over 81 kids signed. Charity hockey game in ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake

A charity game was organized between the ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Timbermen and the ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Floaters rec team. It was well attended and $843 was raised and went to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #50. Colin Starblanket, #23, ÑÇÖÞÌìÌà Lake Timbermen centerman, put on a show with three goals in the third period. Final score was 11-6 for the Floaters.
