Re: Ron Peden鈥檚 Scam Alert
Mr. Peden鈥檚 comments about phone scams are well taken. We all have to be wary of the many bogus solicitations that come in on the phone.
However his comment that 鈥溾�� there [are] no hungry children where we live鈥� is not completely true.
One need only visit the local food bank to realize that there are far too many people in need.
Our food bank is a necessary service supported by the generosity of our community, and any help that can be given is welcome.
