Editor:
In October, awards were given, but one was missed - the 鈥榯raffic improvement award.鈥� It would have to be given to those responsible for the paving between A&W and Village Insurance.
Now, for 2017, the award would go to those who removed those useless sign islands on Hwy. 16 and the other road obstructions. Also, the four-way stop on Government Street. I appreciate the paving.
