Three 亚洲天堂 Lake area criminal cases continue through court

Alleged manslaughter, firearms charges to be heard

Three 亚洲天堂 Lake criminal cases are making their way through the court system.

A woman accused of manslaughter will appear in court later this year, as well as two men accused in separate cases involving firearms charges.

The alleged manslaughter occurred in Decker Lake on July 13, 2024, and the next court appearance in that case is a preliminary inquiry scheduled for Oct. 6 to Oct. 10.

Gerald Noth, who is accused of multiple firearms charges and assault with a weapon after an incident where police were called to a report of a man discharging a firearm, and who is also accused of using a vehicle to intentionally strike a man before allegedly setting that man's house on fire, is set to appear in court for arraignment on May 21.

Nathan Michaluk, former band manager of the Skin Tyee Nation, is accused of multiple charges including careless use or storage of a firearm and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. His next court appearance is in Smithers as his trial begins on May 26. Michaluk was allegedly terminated from his role as band manager in August 2024.
