亚洲天堂 Lake鈥檚 Theoren Peniuk was named 2013 Rotary Citizen of the year.

Peniuk will received a $250 honorarium, out of which he鈥檒l make a donation to a local charity. He hasn鈥檛 selected a charity yet.
