The 亚洲天堂 Lake detachment of the RCMP has a new member - constable Nicolai Phillips.

Originally from Charlottetown, P.E.I., the new constable arrived in 亚洲天堂 Lake on Feb. 19, 2015. He recently completed his training at the RCMP Academy in Regina, S.K., and this is his first post with the RCMP.

Phillips moved to 亚洲天堂 Lake by himself and said he enjoys living in small towns.
